Senior consultant in philanthropy
Corinne Cadou has developed a 15-year experience in implementing, developing and managing funding programs. Before joining BNP, she was director of the major gifts program of the Heart and Stroke Foundation for Quebec. Corinne was also director of events and major gifts, and then director of the 2014-2020 major fundraising campaign: Voyez la fin de l’itinérance of the Old Brewery Mission, which raised $ 31.5 millions from private sources, surpassing the target of $ 26 millions.
Previously, she was also fundraising director of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where she introduced and developed the corporate challenge Roulons pour la recherche sur le diabète. She has also been involved as a consultant in the development of special donations for the Faculty of Arts of McGill University in their « History in the Making » campaign.
Corinne holds a bachelor’s degree of McGill University. She began her career in international development with CECI and worked in communication for Immigration and Citizenship Canada and Jeunesse Canada Monde.
Over the years, she has served on numerous boards and committees, such as the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the Junior Chamber of Commerce and other community organizations.
