Lynn has exceptional experience in human resources. He worked for more than ten years at Concordia University in Montreal. He owned and ran three Montreal-based restaurants for another ten years.

He also acted as director of development and subsequently as interim director general of Aids Community Care of Montreal (ACCM) for seven years. Lynn has been actively involved in planning and organizing fundraising events for other major community groups. Lynn has been working as Senior Consultant for BNP Philanthropic Performance since 2000. He was on the board of directors of the YMCA du Québec.
