Jocelyn Thémens

Jocelyn Thémens joined the BNP Performance team in April 2018, as a consultant for Quebec City and eastern Quebec. The transdisciplinarity of his expertise of over forty years in philanthropic management, communications and human resources have led him to occupy various upper-management positions. Notably, he was executive director of the Fondation de la Maison Michel-Sarrazin, in Quebec City, for four years, while it was carrying out a major $25M fundraising campaign. He also held the position of director of community development of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Quebec for close to ten years, generating total revenues of over $80M. Lastly, Jocelyn worked in management for Bell Media for 13 years.

Philanthropy has been a driving force in his life for over 25 years, as a seasoned manager but also as a high-profile volunteer. He was involved with the Quebec Cancer Foundation, as an ambassador of the annual campaign cabinet. He also sat on the boards of directors of Héma-Québec and the Association des professionnels en gestion philanthropique (APGP) for several years.

With a human and proactive approach, his multidisciplinarity provides him with a major competitive edge, in terms of his global understanding of the challenges encountered by his discussion partners.
