Martine has had tremendous respect for philanthropic values for close to 15 years. Having taken part in two, large-scale fundraising campaigns, she ensures that quality, rigueur, respect and strong relationships are maintained in her dealings with her clients.
As senior consultant of donor loyalty between 2014 and 2018, she played an important advisory role during the last major fundraising campaign of Université Laval, by designing the communication and donor recognition structure within the donor-loyalty process. Moreover, one of her projects won several awards for its innovation and outreach. She is skilled at recognizing opportunities for presenting a brand and innovating.
Martine has a good command of the principles, structure and governance rules of NPOs. For 10 years, she worked as coordinator of operations and activities for Fondation du Cégep Garneau. She developed the Cégep’s operational structure, in preparation and support of its first major fundraising campaign.
She uses an inclusive approach to mobilize both internal and external actors and help managers solve problems and develop their business. Passionate about efficiency and continuous improvement, Martine contributes to strategic vision development and provides the analytical and methodological support required when executing master plans.
