PROFIL SOUGHT
Dedicated to eventually taking over the leadership position of Senior Vice-President for Ontario and Western Canada, BNP wishes to further develop its client base in Ontario and is looking for a dynamic individual who can carry out business development there, having the ability to lead a team, serve clients in the province and is interested in becoming a shareholder in the company.
WORK LOCATION
98 Hammersmith Av. Main Floor Toronto (hybrid mode).
Your future role:
- Maintain an excellent relationship with past and current clients in the province and provide exceptional service;
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan;
- Identify business opportunities and potential clients and take the necessary steps to develop business;
- Have ability to supervise and coordinate advisors on various projects;
- Advise our clients on different fundraising strategies;
- Recruit, lead and guide the Ontario team of advisors;
- Recommend and deploy the necessary resources to best meet our clients’ requests;
- Promote BNP across Ontario through conferences, conventions or other activities;
- Work closely with other members of the BNP team;
- Contribute to and support the development of BNP across Ontario.
You shall have:
- Possess great ability to lead several projects at once and to establish priorities;
- Strong analytical, synthesis, planning, group synergy and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the province’s specificities and culture;
- A minimum of three years of experience in fundraising and with non-profit organizations is desirable;
- A university degree in a relevant discipline or a combination of education and experience;
- Oral and written English, French an additional asset;
- Be willing to travel throughout Ontario.
