Senior consultant in philanthropy

Victor possesses considerable experience in the not-for-profit sector. From 2011 to 2016, he was the Campaign Director for the $130,000,000 Campaign for the Shriners Hospitals for Children, Canada. From 1993 to 2008, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation of Stars, the largest source of non-governmental funding for pediatric research in Quebec.

Victor chaired several Boards of Directors, including that of the Montreal YMCA and the Phoenix Foundation. He also sat on the Boards of Directors of the Montreal Chest Hospital Foundation and the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy. Between 2009 and 2017, Victor was a City Councillor for the City of Westmount.

Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from McGill University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, New Hampshire. He joined the BNP Philanthropic Performance team in 2009 as senior consultant.
