Notice of consent to the collection, disclosure and exchange of information and personal data

In accordance with the terms of the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (commonly referred to as “Law 25”), we confirm your consent to the use by BNP Philanthropic Performance of the personal information it holds about you in order to inform you of our events, solicit you for a financial or volunteer contribution to our cause, inform you of our developments, thank you or recognize your contribution. We understand that you also consent to BNP Philanthropic Performance collecting, disclosing, communicating, and exchanging previously obtained personal information to a third party for the purpose of carrying out the foregoing and to a confidentiality undertaking obtained from such third party.

Furthermore, it is possible that personal information collected may be communicated outside Quebec (IF APPLICABLE – example: Canada-wide organization, cloud server or server located outside Quebec, etc.).
